Sports Drama: King Richard

 What conventions of the genre does this movie have?

- King Richard depicts a grueling training regime along with having to overcome obstacles constantly and learning how to keep pushing for the long term. The film is very discipline based and has key components of a good sports drama.

What Conventions did I like?

- I liked the focus on discipline and resilience, as an athlete it is important to be very disciplined because without discipline you will fall off, which is something I strive to have. I also like the resilience part because it teaches you to never stop no matter what and always keep pushing.

What conventions did not appeal to me?

- The main part that didn't appeal to me was how the movie could shift from the athlete at times, which is something I don't want to do. In my final task it will be 100% athlete centered.

 Hello, my name is Andrew Cohen, I live in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and I am a sophomore currently enrolled in Fort Lauderdale High School! I love to play sports, video games, and travel. Now, let's begin!  My main goal in life is to play Division 1 football in College, and then make it on to the NFL. My position in football is a kicker, and I would even like to be a coach someday.
