Production Blog #8: Final Editing
As editing my Title was coming to an end. I focused on adding my final touches. I went through each part of the title and ensured they flowed well. I made sure the timing fit the timestamp given. Some of my text was off rhythm, so I fixed it. I did some quick changes to my transitions as well. Some cuts were edited to become smoother. I made sure the audio was clear. I made sure my sound effects were smooth. I made sure the color grading was good. I touched up with my contrast to affect the dramatic look as well. I removed anything that I felt was unnecessary. I did this so that I could keep a simple and straightforward message. I checked my spelling on the text as well. I made sure I was using the right font. After all of this, I watched the Title multiple times over to see if there was anything else I missed. In class, I asked my friends for some feedback as well. I then went into my title and edited the feedback they gave me, with
very small improvements. The final version I was ready with looked amazing. In the end, the careful and delicate edits to this Title enhanced it into developing a true message!
